Are you using a browser that doesn't support JavaScript?
If your browser does not support JavaScript, you can
upgrade to the newest version of your browser. Do a search,
using your favorite search engine, for the name of your
browser and you should see a listing for your browser. Just
go to the main site and download the latest browser.
Have you disabled JavaScript? Or, is JavaScript disabled in
your browser? If you have disabled JavaScript, you must
re-enable JavaScript to use this page. To enable JavaScript:
Using Internet Explorer
1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Click Custom Level.
4. Scroll to Scripting. Under Active scripting, click
Enable.
5. Click OK twice.
Using Netscape
1. On the Edit menu, click Preferences.
2. Click Advanced.
3. Select the Enable JavaScript for Navigator check box.
4. Click OK.
Using Netscape Version 9 or similar
1. On the Tools menu, click Options...
2. Click Content.
3. Select the Enable JavaScript check box.
4. Click OK.
Using Firefox
1. On the Tools menu, click Options...
2. Click Content.
3. Select the Enable JavaScript check box.
4. Click OK.

check your current browser's "Help" section for
instructions, or you can download either Internet Explorer,
or Firefox by doing a search on your favorite search engine.
